It was an extraordinarily busy year for our business. S&P Capital IQ launched as a new brand and business – combining two entities into one, acquiring 3 companies, and developing new products and services. I developed an internal & external launch plan with recommendations, timelines, and action plans for the rollout. The goal was to prioritize branding changes around budget parameters, high-visibility client touch points, and time considerations.
Some key areas of focus included: Internally - weekly Q&A calls on rollout strategy, Branding Center where employees can find comprehensive resources/tools on all facets of new brand, and redesign of intranet, newsletters and publications. Externally - rebranded marketing materials, products, event setups, website, and sales tools.
