The Capital IQ offering had increased significantly from our last redesign two years ago and we now had two primary goals. Our site needed to better reflect our full solutions to our increasing client base as well as appeal to potential employees. Working with a cross section of the business: marketing, technology, sales, and human resources, I led the redesign of the website. This effort was truly a team driven one as an entire structural change beyond the front-end was conducted. Leaning on resources for content creation, front & back end development and testing, and metrics support, we built the site in 5 months transitioning to a CMS-powered, client benefits-structured, search-enabled, destination site for all of our offerings. Custom search functionality was also built to locate job openings globally and employee profiles were developed to bring life to Capital IQ's team-oriented culture.
